Any Email Providers Continuing to Provide TLS 1.0 and 1.1 Service

Does anyone know of email providers, pay or non pay, who will to continue to support TLS 1.0 and 1.1?

I use an old pop3 unsupported but very good email client with years of email messages organized such that I can find them. Using a new client would require splitting my message database into two, old and new, or figuring out how, and if possible, to transfer my old messages to a new email client. I have too many things to do as is without starting what could turn into a very long project. I would pay to continue using my old email clients.

    Outlook Express

Its mod version (I called it OE Wicky ver). I have been using it on both XP and Win7 years. so far so good.

It's compact and easy to use. AFAIK no virus (as said, it's in use on my computers many years)

    Outlook Express 6 (OE6) for Win7/Win8/Win10 - Simple.Net
