Incoming Email goes to Junk Mail rather than Inbox, can this be fixed?

    Incoming Email goes to Junk Mail rather than Inbox, can this be fixed?


    It has plagued me for about four to six months now.

    I do not know why it started.

    I do not know how it started.

    Is there any way to revert it back to Incoming Email going directly to the Inbox?

    Be nice to know what email client you're using. If it's Thunderbird I could help. If it's Outlook, forget it. I don't mess with that.
