    Just looking at copying the installation disc (if I can find it) onto a usb flash drive........

    select usb stick in the dropdown

    If it's 64-bit Windows 7 then you can still get IE11 from Microsoft.

    Thank you, it is only 32bit........I have decided not to pursue it........

    I just checked that Microsoft download link:

    for Internet Explorer 11, and it is the 64-bit version.

    Sure there is. Transfer KB3138612, KB4474419 and KB4490628 to it and install them. You'll be offered IE 11 as well as Edge by Windows Update. In case SP1 is not installed yet:

    Microsoft Update Catalog
