Email has run out of room. Is there any way to expand not losing any?

I am a Novice so the solution must be very basic and easily understood.

My life's "email history" is just about the only history I have left at 79.

I'm so afraid of losing any of it.

    Please help if you can.

    Mike

For Outlook you can just create a new PST file and begin using that one for email storage. It's been a while since I used Outlook extensively but I had multiple PST files to help manage different areas. Office, Personal, etc.

How do I aim or direct Outlook to use the new file I would create?
