Why is Firefox prevenbting me from posting to a Website

I attempted to post a classified ad on a local magazine's online selling site. I can log in with Firefox, but certain areas, like where to put the item description, aren't visible. I tried with IE and couldn't even log in. I called the magazine's tech support and the tech told me it was because I was using an old computer with Windows 7. What difference does that make?

many sites now classify W7 as a potential security risk and will NOT allow data to be uploaded to them, if you have a W10/W11 machine they should accept the info from it...sorry

Rule out your Firefox settings by using safe mode. To use safe mode pres and HOLD the shift key while launching Firefox. You should see this:




Just click open. Now try the website again.
