Here's a possible solution: I see Spectrum trucks going past my house all the time. Maybe you could call Spectrum, and ask for someone to come out and help set it up? Or maybe they will help you over the phone. Worth a try at least.

Yes, those are Spectrums Server Settings.

What I need are the Setting for RoadRunner, which Spectrum "bought" from Comcast which were bought from Version which were bought from RoadRunner.

Why, 20 years' worth of emails, photos and whatever on the RoadRunner Server.

This is where I was stumped: see Attachment.

I have no idea what the Incoming and Outgoing parameters are.

Spectrum will NOT tell me as they are trying to FORCE users off of RR, probably so they can Retire the RR Servers.

However, I have very personal and valuable information there.

I just want to retrieve it and then I'd be happy to conform with Spectrums Business Model and life would be OK.

Any ideas what the parameters might be?
