One more reason to find another email program. Live mail is without a doubt the worst product MS has offered in a long while. It's absolutely, incredibly unfunctional. I am angry that I had to spend so much time to find this out.

Ditto that. I would personally recomend Mozilla Thunderbird. It's extremely flexible and customizable, with all kinds of add-ons. Also, its cross-platform, especially useful if you frequently use mac or a major linux distro along with windows.
