Upper left corner of your screen "file" go to save as, while using the mail application.

Don't see File ... there is a New, Reply etc.; maybe missing a toolbar? If so, how do I find it (the toolbar)?

You won't see it in the preview screen, double-click a message so as it opens in it's own window...
