Explorer and FireFox

Both Fire Fox and Internet Explorer stop responding every time I try to watch a video on You Tube. It was working just fine last night but today it wont work at all.

not fast enough
Just remembered that I installed flash player because at one point it told me I needed it. After I installed it that's when they would both stop responding when any like of video would play. Could it be the flash player?

Hi, I have the same problem since I installed Mozilla Firefox, now I'm installing Adobe Flash Player, hope it works.

When updating Flash Player -

1.An older version must be uninstalled using the appropriate uninstall tool first. Make sure all browsers etc are closed.
How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control

2.Carefully read how to install before doing so.

3.Download new version.Untick the free Google toolbar if you don't want it.

4.Test that you have indeed installed it properly.

You need the plugins. Are you 32bit or 64? Both require flash to display video from the likes of you tube, hulu, et al

I'm running a 64bit OS. How do I get plugins for it?

Make sure you did:

1. go to adobe Flash Player download site
2. select different Operating system/browser
3. Select your OS (probably Win 7, Vista, Xp what ever you have)
4. Then Make sure you select for Firefox 'other browsers' and for IE 'Internet Explorer'
5. Download and install
