    Email Stationery

Windows live mail send and receives OK but I have a problem using stationery.

I created an email heading comprising of a scenic photo with text on top using Serif Web Plus and converted it to HTML format. It opens in IE perfectly but when I try to apply it as stationery using the rich text format I get a message 'Windows Live Mail is closing down'

I expect someone else has had the same experience and I appeal for guidance.

    Please

When you open a html in Internet Explorer, go to file/ send/ page as email, it will then open in Window Live mail as a ready to send stationery.
