    Hello Builder Tools,

The 64-bit Windows 7 comes with a 32-bit and 64-bit Internet Explorer (IE8) versions, with the 32-bit IE8 in "C:\Programs Files (x86)\Internet Explorer" as the default one to be used. You would just install Adobe Flash Player in the default 32-bit Internet Explorer to be able to use it. That's all.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
