how to get rid of 'lines' at the top- taking up too muc

I have a HP Mini. At the top of the screen are too many taskbar 'lines'- it takes up too much space and makes the screen that I can see info on too small. IE, there is a Yahoo Toolbar, a line where you type in addresses, one line that says where you currently are now, and the line where 'favorites' and 'suggested sites' is. Plus another line that says where you currently are. That is 5 taskbar lines! How can I get rid of a couple so there is more actual 'screen space'? TY!

Hello Ilmbg, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You can right click on a empty space on the Internet Explorer toolbar and uncheck the toolbar that you do not want to remove it. Checking it will add it back.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
