Does outlook open at all? Or are you just having trouble with mail. If outlook opens go to tools, account settings and enter your info. If outlook does not open it is probably a bad install of outlook. Do you have outlet connector installed ?

It opens to the account startup screen, the same one you see when you first start outlook. if dont configure an email account this is what it says.
Sounds to me like you need to add or fix the email account. Seems like you allowed Outlook to set up the account on it's own. Sometimes this works and sometimes not. If you do what the message says, control panel/mail, and click on email accounts. Select this account and click change and make sure the server options are correct. There is a test button there. If it still doesn't work, check 'more settings.'

It sounds like you tried telling Outlook you have an Exchange server (which it is trying to use as your data storage location) which you do not with a Hotmail account.
You need the Microsoft Office Outlook Connector software [link] installed, and you need to follow the instructions included with that software. No edition of Outlook (even 2007) has correct/any support for Hotmail accounts. Only Windows Live Mail has native, functioning support for a Hotmail account, which you can get [here]

Could you help me, I can not open Outlook 2007. Iam using Windows 7. I get the following message:
"Cannot open your default e-mail folder. File access is denied. You do not have permission required to access the file C:\User\Owner\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst."
I was playing with my file but do not know what I did can some one help me?
Problem 2
At the same time when I am in Internet Explorer I lost all my password and it will not remember it any more. Also it keeps asking me what is my default search engine.
