How do I back up my "contacts" using Windows Mail?

I am running Win Vista Home Premium Edition, X64 bit, and am using Windows Mail for my E-mail provider. Where do I find the "Contacts" file, and how can I back up this list on a floppy so that I may re-install said list in case of a "crash"? I would appreciate any help along these lines...?

Hello Armyers,

This tutorial may help below. You can just copy them from the C:\Users\(user name)\Contacts folder.
