Windows 7 best program to replace Express

I am about to buy a Dell computer with Windows 7 installed.

I currently use and am very satisfied with outlook Express.

I do not need all the capabilities of outlook.

My E mail account is a comcast.net address.

    Your help would be appreciated

    Use Webmail Service

Just check your mail online no need for an installed mail client but if you want you can download Windows Live Mail which is basically Outlook Express.

You will find it in windows live essentials. I personally use it. It is better than Outlook and easier to use. Only one downside, the color is pale and not pleasant. The change color option does not work, either. But, you have to look at it only when you get your mail. I think it is the way to go, it was made with windows in mind.

When you go to the essentials site, there are many other appl. to choose from. You can pick one or many. It free. I knnow hard to believe, but true, free.

    Live Mail Link

Here is a link to Live Mail.

    Mail - Windows Live

I personally use the Opera browser which has a built in mail client.
