searching on ie8

Hello, Im trying to find out if I can have ie8 search and go to the most likely website like I used to do in ie7 on my old laptop with windows xp, this one has windows 7 btw.

I cant seem to find it anywhere in internet options / advanced like I used to go to change the setting. I know I can get it to do it on the google toolbar but i would much rather be able to just type a single word in main search bar and it come up the site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
