    firefox flicker pop up massage


    hi guys

    i am having a problem accessing yahoo flicker website....i was on lifehacker and they had link to flicker page and when i try to open it i get a pop up massage saysing

    the page at www.flicker says: You can surf after 3PM; right now, get back to work!


    and i click ok and i cant access the page, sometimes i see the page but then the massage pops ups and the page diseapes.... i thought its a pop spam so i cleaned my cach and ran spyware scan....nothing come up

    its ****ing me off ....has this happen to any one? what can i do to get rid of it for good?

    it doesnt happen all the time and i can access the site but it keeping happening dont know why...any help will be realy great

    Sounds like it might be a virus or other malware. Scan with your A/V. Photo places are notorious for problems.

    thanks for replying rich.. i have scanned with avira anti vir and spy bot and maleware bite...all clean but still happen...

    and there is nothing in google about this...it cant be happening only to me????

    I tried researching and all I could find on the Windows 7 forum is a post by XPfanatic, with the same exact problem. LOL. Ill keep looking.

    Question: I do not use the site. Any possibility that they are busy before 3 and after a certain amount of traffic they do not want you to log on until it is slower?

    no i dont think so, it sound more like blocker for keeping you doing ur work.. the thing is i dont think i installed anything like that

    No, could not find anything. You have been a member long enough to know, everyone here would contribute any knowlege that they might possess. The fact that we have been having a two way dialog does not bode well.

    I checked our tutorials and Google and came up with zip. I guess that other website did not have any better results?
