    How do I change the menu language (not the display language for pages) in Internet Explorer 8?

    I already have the language pack, and I can use English menus in the Maxthon browser, in Adobe Acrobat, etc. The Problem is, I don't know where to set it in Explorer 8. Changing the "language" setting in Internet Options only accets the pages displayed, not the menus.
