I know this topic is several weeks old, but I think this is important enough to warrant a gravedig. The registry editor files don't work anymore, most likely because the protocol you have to add before a web address was changed from cf: to gcf:. Therefore, could someone please make new registry editor files to fix this?

Addon for PIP
Is there any addon for Media Center in Windows 7 that will add Picture in Picture functionality? I'm watching TV over DVBLink for IPTV, which creates 4 virtual tuners for watching IPTV, so it should not be a problem in tuner ammount.
