    Chrome 4.0 out of beta

After a long period of in beta, Google Chrome 4.0 is now finally out of the beta and released to public officially. Within only over 1 year of its first release, Google Chrome has already grown up to pass Firefox, in terms of the versioning.
Despite the performance improvement and the support of HTML5, there are two other major changes in 4.0 that makes this release quite special and I like the most.

To me the version number is meaningless...its like using the WEI score as an accurate benchmark...

i still dont get the point of the WEI. it's not an average score, it's determined by the weakest link in your system and it's not really useful. for internet browsers and other software though the newer versions typically fix old issues and add new features, but i get your point chrome is chrome and firefox is firefox regardless of the version your running.
