    hi i am having trouble accessing my bank account i have tried two computers one with vista 32 and ie7 the other with 7 32 and ie8 and firefox but both wont let me on the sign in page could anybody point me in the right direction please

    Add the website to the secured website, it will be under

    Tools-> Internet Option->browser
    Have you tried this..

    Try Opera...Opera Web Browser | Faster & safer | Download the new Internet browsers free. If that can't give you access, then there is something in the firewall blocking it.

    Not a firewal;l issue, but she can manually make that website as secure website!!!!!!

    im not getting any errors the page just doesnt load the green bar at the bottom of the page just goes really slow , this is happening on both machines

    i have tried connecting to my bank account on a neighbours connection and it works perfectly is there something that i can set on the router maybe

    ok when you're trying to login, do you see an error down on the bottom left hand side of the window? dns ... etc?
