What email client do you use. Windows mail, Windows live mail?

But before you do that lets be sure that you do not have a big problem.

Run your Antivirus and download and use malwarebytes.

When done get back and we can talk about the email. Take your time. If not done tonight, you come back when you can. If I am not here we have many members that would be very happy to help you.

If you have windows live just click on view and then text size.

But I am more concerned about why this happened. Make the scan and malwarebytes scan like I asked.

No it does not, they do not check for the same thing. Use Norton, do a full scan. Then download Malwarebytes and use it. When you are ready get back.

Yes you are on the right track. While you are gone, I will give you the next set of instructions. If you post, again, I may be gone, but will answer as soon as I can. Others may help, also.

I am assuming that Malwarebytes is negative, if not you cleaned up your computer.

The first thing you should do is get rid of Norton (almost all the senior people here will agree). Go to the Symantec site and download the uninstall tool. Once it is gone, go to the Microsoft site and download MSE, Microsoft Security Essentials. Its free and no annual charge. in addition it is considered superior by most here. Since you already have malwarebytes, you are all set.

With the mail go to view, text size and set it to your preference.

I think that we are all set. Just post any other comments and you will be helped, by me or another member.
