    Welcome

Go to tools>internet options>>advanced>reset. You should be advised, this will remove all the add ons, that are currently on your browser. You can reinstall, again, if you wish . If your browser does work properly after the change, you can put the addons back one at a time; in order to see the problem add on.

Alternatively, download firefox and see if that works.

Really glad to help. Now one at a time, you can replace your add ons to see what caused the problem.

When you are all done and everything works, make a new restore point. You can call it something like "everything works". If things start going wrong you can always go back to that point. You know that everything works.
