    Thanks for your time.
Could you post a screenshot or a link to a site or two?
I am new at this...could u please explain how I do a screenshot or what program to use to do it? Thank you.
Hit your PrtScn or Print Screen button, which will save the screen image to the Clipboard. Open up the Paint program in your Accessories folder and then paste the Clipboard image into your Paint window. Next, save the image as a .jpg file to wherever you like. Finally, you will see what looks like a paperclip in your 'Reply' window of the forum. Click the clip, browse to your folder where you saved the image, double-click the image or click on 'upload' and Bob is your Uncle.

You will now have an attachment in your post that others can observe.

Edit - I just downloaded and installed Opera 10.50 and while I like it's design, IE 8 is faster on my computer.

Chrome may be safer, but it's GUI is boring and I am used to having tabs at the bottom.

Firefox is nice, but I find that I just load it up with plugins that I think I'll appreciate, but just leave the browser sluggish. In all honesty, I find IE-8 intuitive, easy to use, fast and convinient. I think that I'll just stay with a good thing. :)

I'm a little curious, but I am very attached to Adblock Plus, NoScript, and IETab, which I use in Firefox. My wireless setup means that I probably wouldn't notice any speed difference, but still it wouldn't hurt to try something new. I'll be curious to hear your impressions.:)
I don't keep up with FF add ons, so I'm nt certain exactly what the ones that you refer to mean, but IETab sound similar to a button that I add to Opera to open IE at whatever page that I'm viewing in Opera. Instead of just a tab, IE itself opens. I have a similar button for FF. Adblock Plus sounds something like Opera's ability to block websites listed in a custom urlfilter.ini.

You can also set individual site preferences to have pages display in the fashion that you want. I can't make a detailed list of differences between the browsers, but I believe that anything FF can do, Opera can do, except in a different fashion. I can say the same thing for FF, because there are a lot of things that FF can't do, that Opera does.
Adblock Plus blocks flash banner ads from running, as I recall.....made a huge difference on my old, slow XP machine as far as pages loading in. IETab lets FF view pages that normally are only visible with IE. And NoScript, rather than describe it, is NoScript - JavaScript/Java/Flash blocker for a safer Firefox experience! - what is it? - InformAction. I may yet give Opera a look.....can't hurt to have options.:)

I'm using 10.51 at the moment and I'm very satisfied! It renders amazingly well and it loads pages very fast. Also, I never thought I would use Opera Link and Turbo, but they work so well that I can't imagine browsing without them anymore. :P

And ehh.. Hi everyone, I just registered here.

Is Opera a good browser? I've used Firefox for the past 3 years, and have never thought about switching up. But I would like to try each browser and pick the personal best.

Much. Fast, smooth, and looks great. Firefox suffers with hundreds of addons.

Alright, I'll put it on this machine in a bit to test it out.
