I think Chrome and Firefox are Safari all pretty secure, so it comes down to which you find suits your needs best. Chrome has lost some of its speed edge to the latest FF, and FF has lost some of its add-on advantage to the latest Chrome, so choose the pretty one!

You cannot say which is the best as it's down to what works for you, everyone has their own favourite but that doesn't mean it will be yours.

Don't forget we don't all go to the same sites or have the same set up so really it's just another of those pointless arguments that yours is better than mine, try some of them for yourself and then make your own decision on what works best for you and your environment.

The safest browser is always going to be the least popular new one. Popularity means it gets targeted. So Safari or Opera I guess.

I've been playing with Lunascape lately, I'm starting to think this is my browser. I'm really surprised how fast it is.

    This extract from http://www.lunascape.tv/Default.aspx
    www.lunascape.tv said:
Browsers are not made equal, but you can have it all with Lunascape

You spend many hours of your day doing something on the Internet, but may not have thought about what a browser can do and which browser is right for you. That’s ok, you are not the only one. In fact, many people use a browser that came pre-installed with the computer, just because it’s there or thinking it’s all the same.

In reality, however, each browser is different in its own way. At Lunascape, we take a different approach. Rather than competing with each one of them, we combine the best of all browsers.

Lunascape is the world’s only triple engine browser. What this means is that you can have the best features, performance, and speed of, Windows Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari all in one browser and can view any website in an optimal way without a need to open another browser.

    Yeah, that’s right. Lunascape = IE (Trident)+Firefox (Gecko)+Chrome・Safari (Webkit)

On top of that, our technology achieves one of the fastest browsing speed and provides you with full of features and customizable options. It is light, snappy, and fun.

Lunascape has been downloaded over 10 million times in our home base Japan, and we are rapidly growing users all over the world since the launch of multilingual versions.

No more oh-so-slow moment. No more messed-up page display. No more juggling multiple browsers. Your internet experience is a lot better with Lunascape. Experience it yourself, the whole new speed and versatility.

    Fastest is probably Chrome.

Nicest looking is really a matter of opinion. Firefox is very customizable so it gets my vote.

Most secure really depends on the end user. Any browser can be secure as long as the person using the browser knows what they're doing.

    I use all 5
Opera, FF, Chrome, IE8 and Safari
One site which doesnt work with Opera works with FF and it goes on.
Personally I feel, Safari's rendering and speed is gud. But sooner or later, safari become slow in startup.

As all said, it's one's own choice in wat to choose.

The safest browser is not the least used one just because it will be attacked less.

Its IE8 because its built into Windows and it runs in Protected Mode.

Would be even more so if Adobe were not lazy Bast's and gave us 64bit Flash then we could run IE8 64bit.
