You have 2 sent folders. I suspect when you send a new mail from WLM that will appear in only one sent folder and not both. That is the one that is active for WLM and probably synchronising new sent items with the Outlook server. The other Sent folder is just like a storage folder that is also syncronising on the Outlook server. Once you work out which is which you can rename one of them to "Sent Store" or whatever so as not to get them confused. Actually you can make as many extra online store folders as you like. You can also make offline store folders that will store your messages on your hard drive but not on the server. This is what I do as I have many gigabytes of messages that would be too great for the server to handle. What I was suggesting is to back up your important e mails to a local folder on your hard drive. If you scroll down WLM you will see "Storage Folders" and you can make as many extra folders there as you like to store copies of your e mail offline. After you compose a message and hit send it goes to the outbox for a few seconds until it is sent. If you are offline or the server is down then the message will stay in the outbox temporarily until you go online again and then it will be sent. Its a bit like the departure lounge at an airport.

To Export All messages in WLM you can use the tutorial here:

    Kind regards
    Chris

I frequently get an error message>Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.

I also get that message sometimes. Try closing and reopening WML and it might go away. I just ignore it. WML carries on working anyway.
