How to get contacts from T-bird to Live Mail

I've not been able to get T-bird 3.03 to work with Win 7 and stupid Hughesnet and have decided togo ahead and like Live Mail better. After a frustrating week I've gotten our various email accounts set up and all working right; only thing left is to import our contacts from T-bird to Live.
I think there's an easy way, I just can't quite find the right buttons.
    Has anybody else done this?

    Hi Wm,

Here are some tutorials for ya:

Export Thunderbird's Address Books and Contacts
Import contacts in Windows Live Mail

Let me know how it works out.

    Cheers,

Thanks. I was able to get them over. Mostly, anyway. I had three folders of eddresses in T-Bird, call 'em One, Two & Three. One was a full success; Two made it into Live but is gone from T-Bird (OK, since I won't be using T-Bird now). Three disappeared altogether. That's OK, too; it was "Collected" which was just eddresses I saved so that the spam filter would find them, not because there was any likelihood I'd want to use them.
When I'm doing this kind of thing on the computer I call two out of three a good day.
