I recently have been getting this message when i fire up FF i have been able to make it disapear by running a spyware scan and junk file scan and fix i've narrowed it down to being a junkfile (i think) but i dont know why it does it in the first place, it came back today after being gone for a few days
Yeah i thought that however the add ons im using i have always used with no problems the only possibility is ad block as i added more filters ,not sure about that one though!

many thanks for your imput it didn't even occur to me to google it. have run as administrator and time will tell if it works the other workaround was to clean my junk files but it seemed only temporary until i rebooted then it came back . cheers again im off to shoot people on mw2
Update after running firefox as administrator it ran without google chrome message however after reboot it returned .i have firefox pinned to my taskbar
The fix is to UNPIN from taskbar then run as administrator then re pin .
it also loads very quickly if you scan and fix junk files
