Windows 7: Good free email notifier that deletes on server?

Good free email notifier that deletes on server?

I'm looking for a good free email notifier for pop3 accounts that allows you to view headers and delete selected items on the server.

It's been awhile since I used one of these. The programs I used in the past aren't likely to support Vista and Windows Seven.

Just looking for something simple with those functions, that can handle multiple pop3 accounts.

Windows 7 32 bit

I saw that program. Looked like they wanted $$$ for it. I'm looking for free.
Also should support both Vista64 and W7 32 bit.

edit: whoops!! Sorry. I found it in Softpedia list. There must be a program with very similar name or at one time it was shareware. Seems to be free on here. I'll try it out. Thanks. :)

edit2: it doesn't seem to want to tell me how to look at the headers without removing the mail. Also click "run client" to run the default email client does nothing. No error msg, nadda.

Seems not ready for prime time.

edit3: then again I hate to rtfm. I found PopMan which is simpler for me. Stuff comes up showing the header and I can just delete it. No learning curve. :)
