    More than 1 Browser

Is it damaging to my PC to have Firefox 3.6, Pale Moon Project, Chrome and Firefox 3.7a on my PC? I'm testing out 3.7a and I use Chrome for when Firefox doesn't load YouTube videos.

    Hello EchoX860,

No it will not hurt anything to use and have multiple browsers installed. However, you would usually only be able to have one version of a browser installed though. For example, Firefox 3.6 or 3.7a. Not both since it would probably install over and update the older version.

    Hope this helps,

No, it installs it under Mozilla Developer instead of just Mozilla Firefox

In that case, you will be fine then. :)

Just in case there is a lingering question, not only can you have multiple browsers installed, you can lauch them all simultaneously. For example, I prefer FF and while surfing, may launch IE for Windows Updates, and Chrome for instances you mention when FF will not behave.

Thereafter, you have the option of choosing one as the default to open HTML file types.
