Thread title mouseover popup: disable

I can't handle these preview popups any longer, but i'm not sure what's triggering them: vbulletin, browser, etc...

Yeah, I get them too. It's something in the coding of the forum that your browser displays. I don't think it can be turned off in settings, but rather is part of the forum software. It's not unusual, and only when you hover. A Guy

Disable mouseover pop-up messages in windows
Whenever I point my mouse on pretty much anything in windows, a pop-up message appears. Sometimes the pop-up message blocks important information or icons that I need to click on and its getting annyoing. Any way to disable this?

Disable auto-hide Taskbar mouseover popup?
Hey. Is there any way to disable the taskbar popup when you hover your mouse over the edge of the screen with auto-hide on? I still want to have it appear when I press the Windows key, but have that hotspot area somehow disabled. I've tried the app by Prisoner, but that disables the whole taskbar,...
