    Welcome to Seven Forums!

I have had no issues receiving emails from iPhone users in Windows Live Mail, but some people have reported similar problems. I'm not aware of any fixes at the moment, but more people reporting these issues might up the priority of finding a fix.

Are you using Hotmail, or are you using Windows Live Mail as a client for another email provider?

Are your iPhone-using family members the only ones you can't get email from on the Mediacom account in WLM?

That is correct. My wife has an ipad and I'm able to receive emails from her which at my level of knowledge makes no sense for the ipad to work, but not iphones. Thanks. Bill

You're right, that's very strange. What email services do your family members use? Does your wife use a different email provider than your other family members?

My wife and son use gmail, and my daughter uses aol. I did receive one email from my daughter on her iphone in late april, none since. I wonder if updates did something to my wlm?? I tried to send myself an email from my itouch on my mediacom account and it did not go through to wlm, or on the internet website for mediacom. ?? Bill

If this problem is also happening on the Mediacom web mail interface (i.e. not JUST in Windows Live Mail), then it's almost definitely not a Windows Live Mail problem.

I would advise that you contact Mediacom and see what they have to say about the issue.

You are correct, I sent myself an email from my ipod touch on my mediacom account and it did not go through on wlm, or the internet mediacom account. When I switched to my gmail account and sent an email to my mediacom account from my gmail account on my ipod touch, it went through on my wlm and the internet mediacom site. I will contact mediacom and thanks for your time in helping me sort this out. Regards-Bill
