Can't Install IE9 Preview 3

When I try to install IE9, I get this error:

Does anyone know what's going on?

Anyone know how to install Pandoc in Seer plugins? Note: MS Office is not installed and currently I use Softmaker Office. Need to get "Space Bar" previews of .doc and .docx file formats. Other than that file previews for all other available formats seem to be working okay.
