    IE 8.0 popup windows...

I've noticed this issue with the previous version of Windows 7, or more accurately with IE 8.

If I go to a web based email site at the first time, IE pops up two warning messages at the same time, the privacy alert and auto complete password messages. These messages are presented after the UID/PWD had been entered to log in to the site.

The problem is that somewhere along the line IE looses focus and I cannot click on any of the responses in either of the pop ups. This makes the IE pretty much useless until one of the IE processes are killed in the task manager. Subsequent log on to the same site is OK, once one of the IE instance is killed.

The attached image is a capture for both pop ups; the privacy alert can be dragged around, but not auto complete password message. Did anyone experienced this issue and if you did, is there a work around to this?
    TIA...
