    outlook search folder issue


    Hi all,

    can we shared out outlook search folder to user. i can't seem to find any option to do it. i try google with no outcome. one of my director actually want to share out his search folder to his pa. but i can't locate any share button. or is there any alternative for example: director create a folder call testing and inside the folder must contain all director inbox and sent item. when director delete anything in the inbox or sent item the testing folder should reflected as well. is there anyway i can do it ?

    Not sure what system you are using, but assuming you have an exchange server you should be able to create a shared folder and make this available to both the director and the PA, searches could then be set-up on this folder that are available for both users

    I've not done any exchange server admin for a while but your Exchange admin should be capable to do this

    If not Microsoft does have a community site (or sites due to various versions)
