BSOD errors; what are they and what do I do? Attach: dump file

I've been getting bsod every 7 or 8 hours, what do I do? I'm getting these three errors; monitor.sys, netio.sys, ntoskrnl.exe

Thank you so much,

Chad

Please keep to a single forum. It is difficult to keep track of more than one, especially for the guys who don't frequent both.

I'll tell you a secret: I am the lone BSOD analyst on the other forum you posted it on, and you will get faster support here.
