Attached is my Memory Dump file, please help

Been getting lots of BSOD's. Have tried everything from fresh install of Windows 7, reseating memory, adding a cooler to my video card, etc. but has not improved stability any.

    Thanks guys!

Your .dmp file is showing a 0x3b general hardware fault and doesnt really show the cause of the crash, other than a hardware component is being overstressed... If you are overclocking anything, return it to its default values.. Overclocking stresses hardware components beyond their intended use. One consequence of overclocking is the increased chance of hardware failure due to the stresses that overclocking places on the components. This may not happen immediately, but it will definitely happen sooner than if you didn't overclock.

And, since overclocking stresses the system in unexpected ways, the BSOD's that result may not be very helpful. To test if this is an overclock related problem - reset everything to default. If you don't get a BSOD, then it's reasonable to assume that the overclocking is the cause.

Ugh thanks for the suggestion. I don't have anything overclocked nor have overclocked anything in my system, ever.

Least I know it's not driver related. Thanks again!

Try a memory test. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ISO Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.
