If you are overclocking anything, return it to its default values.. Overclocking stresses hardware components beyond their intended use. One consequence of overclocking is the increased chance of hardware failure due to the stresses that overclocking places on the components. This may not happen immediately, but it will definitely happen sooner than if you didn't overclock.
And, since overclocking stresses the system in unexpected ways, the BSOD's that result may not be very helpful. To test if this is an overclock related problem - reset everything to default. If you don't get a BSOD, then it's reasonable to assume that the overclocking is the cause.
