IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: d0e5e3f4, memory referenced
Arg2: 00000002, IRQL
Arg3: 00000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: 82ebdd8a, address which referenced memory

Hardware means the actual hardware or things related to hardware - like drivers. You tested your RAM and it appears to be OK. Obsolete drivers and software can and do cause memory corruption - even though the RAM is fine - and crashes.

In this case, I think the cause is -
1. Norton
2. Obsolete drivers

Dumps, unfortunately, do not always pinpoint a cause and we have to troubleshoot eliminating things until we find the cause. So uninstall Norton and update the remaining drivers - especially that 2007 driver.

Install Microsoft Security Essentials in place of Norton. MSE does not cause crashes. There are valid reasons for this recommendation.

Yes, netr73.sys is your wireless adapter driver. Go to the manufacture's website and search for the driver for your adapter model. You want to find one that is dated July 13 2009 or later.

But also, uninstall Norton.
