    Update to Memtest86.................I let it run for 16 hours to midway through pass7 no errors............Since Memory appeared to be the issue in your findings and Memtest found no errors.... do we think that the old ASACPI.sys file was causing a memory error??? Or should I be looking at or trying something else??

    There is a very good chance that was the cause or one of the causes. Run your system and see how it does.

    The problem was persistant at cold boot after a few reboots the system would run typically fine...........

    Be sure to post back in two or three days and give us an update. If you have another BSOD, upload it ASAP. I hope your troubles are behind you. :)

    Will do I am hoping that the cold boot in the morning goes well thats typically when it rears its ugly head.........

    Please remove Norton/Symantec antivirus. Stop code is 50, which suggest antivirus is potential cause.
    Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support
