    Windows installation errors.

hi. I've looked everywhere for a fix to this problem. My sister's laptop was working fine before, but then suddenly windows wouldn't boot. I tried re-installing windows. But every single time i try to re-install i get
Could Not Set The Offline Locale Information Error Code 0x80FF0000

I've tried to re-install numerous amount of times. The BIOS is up to date. The laptop model is Gateway MT6223b

any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like the best solution is to back up any data that you want to save, format the drive, then reinstall Windows...
