    Brand new computer BSoD

So, I bought this computer bit by bit at the end of June. The BSoDs got worse and worse while I was trying to figure out the problem. Eventually I decided it was my motherboard and returned it. It didn't come back for 3 weeks, and now that its back, I'm still getting BSoDs.

Yeah. I'm in need of help.

    Windows 7 x64

MoBo: Asus LGA 1156 / Intel H55-M Pro
    CPU: Intel Core i7 860

    Oh, and the BSoD reads:

    STOP: 0x0000007F (0x0000000000000008, 0x0000000080050031, 0x00000000000006F8, 0xFFFFF80002878D09)

All my equipment is a little more than a month old.

    Thanks in advance.

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

    * Start your own thread in the "Crashes and Debugging" section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
    * Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.

I'm pretty sure this is either driver issue or antivirus software that cause this.
    STOP 0x0000007F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, 3rd party firewall, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack
Please update this driver right away
    Code:
    ASACPI ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 09:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
It's date from 2005 is guaranteed for causing BSODs, please follow this article to update it

What third party antivirus are you using?

This crash is actually quite simple. ZoneAlarm is causing the issue. Please remove it with this tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe

Replace it with the free Microsoft Security Essentials.

Okay, so its been a couple weeks, and my computer has started to crash again. This time there's no BSoD, it'll just simply turn off. I don't believe its a heating problem, since the crashes are pretty sporadic and random. I'm reattaching new files and hoping that its a problem from the inside.

    Thanks guys.

What power supply do you have?

Check temps for the heck of it: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

Also, test RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Wugh. So with the speedfan test, its reading my AUX at 128 degrees celsius. I'm not sure what an AUX is, or why it'd be so impossibly hot. Its also reading that temperature after leaving the computer alone for a bit and starting it up.

The only other concern that arises is the GPU temp which gets a bit high. I just tried swapping out my graphics card and the same problem is occurring, so I doubt that'd be the problem.

Oh, and my power supply is 420w.
