Windows 7: cant display file content

screw this its fixed the problem was with microsoft updates and all i had to do was turn on my bluetooth from services and its support from msconfig thx for trying to help anyway

Webpage content doesn't display properly

Music folder display vs folder content display
Is there a way I can set this up so that when I open my Music folder that the sub folders inside are displayed in list view but when I open a sub folder the content is displayed in detail view without the whole thing reverting back to the last view I opted for?
