These crashes were caused by memory management, To test yours

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.


Also you have old drivers that in themselves can cause problems

One dump directly blames a McAfee driver. The other dump direct blames another McAfee driver.

Uninstall McAfee using this tool >Info > Tool. Install Microsoft Security Essentials in its place. McAfee is a know cause of BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Reboot and run your system and let us know if you get another BSOD.

ZigZag posted while I was typing. Follow his advice and update those obsolete drivers. Older drivers can and do cause memory corruption. Uninstall McAfee while you are troubleshooting and run Driver Verifier as ZigZag recommended. Update the drivers from the manufacturers' websites rather than using Windows Update or Device manager.
