Did you check all of your hardware devices?

I think you have run Memtest, FurMark and prime? If not please try them. Have you tested your hard drive using your manufacture's test? The next thing you can dois to check for hardware issues using the suggestions at this post: Hardware Troubleshooting Via System Stripdown

Start by updating your nForce drivers: NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.49 WHQL

Also, try to find updated drivers for your Creative card.
