    Doc, I think explorer.exe is missing, notice there is no taskbar. Somehow it is deleted.

    Here is the Explorer for 32-Bit Attachment 89684

    - Captain

    Edit: The Start Orb might be a little different. I customized it and i couldn't find the original one Attachment 89685

    Try cmd.exe in the task manager.

    Once it is open type:

    Code:
    cd\ <enter>
    dir explorer.exe /s <enter>

    Ok now that you have that working you need to do a SFC /SCANNOW:

    From and elevated command prompt:

    Code:
    sfc /scannow <enter>
