Win 7 64 BSOD after inserting 4GB memory card from camera. Mini dump shows SCSI.sys +a7d1. Attaching minidump.

This is pretty straight forward, it was caused by o2sdgx64.sys, which is Memory Card Reader driver by O2Micro. Please download and install fresh copy if it.

Thank you for the welcome and the very prompt diagnosis. Went to the O2Micro site and could not find any hint on how to acquire a replacement o2sdgx64.sys driver. This occured on a Toshiba Satellite P505 S8980 so I went to the Toshiba site and it also had zero info for the driver. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and received another BSOD when I inserted the SD card. Same SD card works fine when read via USB camera connection instead of built in SD reader.

It can be driver or can be device faulty. How did you uninstall it? Did you just go to device manager uninstall then restart machine? http://www.o2micro.com

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished. (do this in case you can't find the program)

TTran:
I uninstalled via device manager then inserted sd card which reloaded driver. Still can not find replacement driver with either 02micro or Toshiba support. Remove Daemon Tools via uninstall exe in PGM folder as it did not show in Control Panel uninstall function. No Alcohol involved. Used SPTD uninstaller and rebooted. Attaching mini dump from BSOD after install SD card after boot.

Can you describe the problem more detail? When did the crash occur and how? Does it have anything to do with the SD card for example you were access files or something in the card??
The DMP doesn't point to anything specific, it point to system file, which I don't think is the cause.
Please perform system file check to make sure your system files is ok:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Exception code fffffc0000005 is memory related. Please Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Next, enable Driver verifier to flag bad driver as stop code 1E suggested.

TTRan:
This problem occurrs whenever I insert an SD card into the SD slot. It does not fail every time. When it works I hear the audible tone upon insertion and the autoplay function for the SD card comes up and I choose to display with Windows photo viewer and from there decide which ones to input to Photoshop. The BSOD happens as soon as I get the audible tone. I let the the minidump complete then reboot normally. This is what I have tried so far.
Replaced the Os2dgx64.sys with a fresh copy from the Toshiba site. When I display the driver via device manager it shows the same level as I had but Toshiba says it is the latest leverl. 2.1.0. 4064.

Ran SFC/SCANOW Command with no errors.
Ran Memtest 86+ for 9 hours and 21 minutes with no failures.
Attaching dump from latest failure after actions above.
Did not run Driver Verifer but just did and after reboot should have in next dump

STOP 0x0000001E: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS

This can be Device driver or hardware issue. It can be SD slot that is faulty. Do you have another SD card that you can try on your machine? Perhaps borrow from friend.

Since that has happened only while you put in SD card, it's hard to believe that BSODs was caused due to different driver. If you want to investigate further, please enable driver verifier
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

You also can try to reinstall driver again .When upgrading your driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

I'm so sorry that re-install driver doesn't help. The BSODs still the same as last one

Have tried four different cards that run OK in the card reader slot of a different laptop. Also these same cards run ok on laptop in question when they are read thru the USB interface while still in a camera. Also disabled all the photo editing software that options you when you insert card in SD reader.
When I follow the instructions and enable Driver Verifier the system gets sluggish and eventually locks up. I then boot in safe mode to disable it.
Also when I try Guru3D Driver Sweeper I get a list of only 7 types of drivers of which none is the drivers for the SD card reader. Is there something I have to do to activate this for the SD card reader driver to be swept after uninstall?

You mean if you use the SD slots without using photo editing software make everything ok? The driver looks fine to me. Therefore with 4 different sd card still make crash, I really suspect the SD slot

Let's try this:
Now, in Driver verifier setting, at the step of choosing driver from the list, choose only the SD slots driver, which are o2mdgx64.sys and o2sdgx64.sys and try to use the SD card again
