    Fatal Error 36888

The following fatal alert was generated: 10. The internal error state is 10.

What does that i mean i seem to get it a lot.

along with a lot of these

Name resolution for the name www.devpapers.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

Not necessarily that exact website but with different ones.

I believe that the fatal 36888 error is an schannel error, specifically after doing some research, and the error 10 maps to "TLS1_ALERT_UNEXPECTED_MESSAGE" in the headers. I'm guessing you're seeing that if for some reason websites you visit are having issues with their certificates (or there's a problem with your certificate store, perhaps, or your network connectivity). The second issue would indicate a connectivity problem caused by DNS lookups to the dns server(s) configured on your machine (ipconfig /all to see). If they're your ISPs DNS servers, you might want to talk to them about it if you are seeing this issue regularly on more than one machine. If you have other machines working at the same location, that would indicate more of an issue with that install of Windows.

This shouldn't cause any performance issues correct?

Not unless the perf issues are slow network or internet browsing, no.
