    do i delete the folder and its contents(if so where do the reports go?)
    You have to delete the WHOLE this folder! System will rebuild this folder when you will create new system health report -don't worry!

    Find key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\Schedule key and then delete its subkeys

    becuase you have this one in your error

    <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-TaskScheduler" Guid="{DE7B24EA-73C8-4A09-985D-5BDADCFA9017}" />
    go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tasks\{DE7B24EA-73C8-4A09-985D-5BDADCFA9017}

    click on this key and read to which one program belongs it

    one example from my computer:

    Attachment 90519

    in this example as you can see task has been created by Windows Media Center

    identify program,remove this key and check remains subkey.If any subkey relate to the same program too,then delete it too,and of course uninstall this program as well.

    Not for all subkeys administrators have full access so to remove some keys sometimes you will need takeownership it Take Ownership of file - Vista Forums

    In fact,there is no this key here

    You have no choice -you have to delete all subkeys in this key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule - when you will create new system health report system reconstruct these keys too but you have realize creating new report will take more time - in my virtual machine it was almost 30 minutes
