BSOD, as well as possible explorer.exe and ExplorerFrame.dll problems
A couple of months ago I ordered a computer from a nearby city. After a few weeks I started to have BSOD problems during the startup, always when windows was loading. Startup Repair was unable to fix these problems, mostly because Startup Repair would crash during the process. Not long after the BSOD problems started I have lost all access to My Computer and everything similar. Every time that I try to open it I get an error message titled 'explorer.exe' with description 'Class not registered'.
To be able to run any programs I have had to open Task Manager and run them through that.
Windows 7 came pre-installed on the computer, although I am unsure as to wether it is a 64bit (this is shown when I run dxdiag to check the specs) or a 32bit due to the "BSOD - Posting Instructions" thread which states "Is Windows 7 . . . - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ?". In My Computer it says 'Program Files (x86)' which I guess this is referring to. Im probably just confusing myself with my lack of computer knowledge but im not sure .
After reading some similar threads and running some registry cleaners it looks like I might have a few corrupt .dll files but im unsure of which ones or how to fix them.
I have attached the folder and html file asked for in https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html although I was unable to zip them up because I was doing everything through Task Manager *EDIT* lol due to the folder not being Zipped, im not able to upload it and the .html file failed as well =/, anyone got any ideas?
I have since system restored in an earlier date which may have fixed the BSOD issues but I am still unsure, however I do know that I am still unable to access My Computer due the explorer.exe error.
If any more information is needed to help solve this problem please just let me know, and thanks in advance for any help given.
