I've done a whole lot to try and fix this problem.

-Ran Memtest for about 9 hours with no errors at all
-Updated my BIOS to the latest version
-Updated the drivers I know about
-Checked to see if Speedstep or any of those things were disabled and they weren't.
-Ran Chkdsk which came up clean (then for some reason I started getting blue screens after logging in to windows)
-Ran 3dmark a few times and it wouldn't crash but would crash randomly if I watched a youtube video?

Series of events was something like this:

Woke up, computer started freezing with no response to anything I did so I've have to power it down completely to restart. Did a bunch of things listed above to try and get it to work with no success. Reformatted and that didn't work. Ran chkdsk and now I get bluescreens after windows lets me log in and mess around on the desktop for a bit.

Edit: oh and the stop error I'm getting in the BSOD is 0x000000c9

It appears your Logitech Gamepanel drivers are the cause. I see they are old:
Code:
LGVirHid.sys Mon Nov 23 20:36:48 2009
Check to see if you can find an update, otherwise try a different keyboard.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You have bugcheck C4, which is the Verifier BCC. However, Verifier does not appear to be enabled. Mind testing it? Open a command prompt and enter verifier /query. Could you please post a screenshot?

A Preferred Method of Uploading/Posting Screen Shots

After the screenshot is taken, enable verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4)
A device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught. This is
because the driver was specified in the registry as being suspect (by the
administrator) and the kernel has enabled substantial checking of this driver.
If the driver attempts to corrupt the system, bugchecks 0xC4, 0xC1 and 0xA will
be among the most commonly seen crashes.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000000000000e3, Kernel Zw API called with user-mode address as parameter.
Arg2: fffffa8008b90b51, Address inside the driver making the incorrect API call.
Arg3: 0000000004acf3b4, User-mode address used as API parameter.
Arg4: 0000000000000000

So I think the drive is just messed up. Put in an old drive and everything is running fine :\

I also tried formatting on my old primary and it just wasn't having it so I'll prolly buy a new drive really quick and see what happens.
